Our 2-hour mixology classes are $75 per person. It includes a brief history of spirits, the art & science of mixology, 3 drinks – you make 2 of them and you choose your preferred spirits. You will each have a bar station set up in front of you to learn the tools of the trade. It includes complimentary snacks and a 10% discount in our mixology shop at the time of the class.
All classes are held from 6:00-8:00 at our store at 345 Fore Street, Portland, Maine, unless noted otherwise in the class description.
Class Policies:
All class sizes are kept small, usually between 6-8 people total. Due to the nature of our classes and limited class size, they are non-refundable, except in the case of a cancellation by Vena’s Fizz House due to inclement weather or emergency (please see below.)
As such, if you know that you are unable to make your purchased class date, please contact us as soon as possible, and more than 48 hours in advance of class start time. You may change to the next available class date, transfer your seat to another person, or convert your class purchase to store credit. Please email or call us during store hours to do so. As class space is limited, and we often have a waiting list, your alerting us as soon as possible to any changes is always appreciated.
Should you find yourself unable to attend within 48 hours of your class date, please call us directly, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
If Vena’s Fizz House must cancel due to inclement weather or emergency, you may either request a full refund, transfer to another available date, or convert your class purchase to store credit. Refund requests due to class cancellation must be made within 14 days of the scheduled class date.
