  • 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Vena's Charred Seaweed Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Aperol
  • 7 dashes Coastal Root Umami Bitters, Float Coastal Root Umami Bitters and Owl and whale Sea Smoke Bitters
Shake and strain into a coupe

Just Beet It

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.5 oz Campari
  • 0.75 oz Tait Beet Shrub
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Vena's Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Vena's Cedric Bitters
  • 2 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
Shake and dump into collins glass, setlzer, garnish with lime wedge

Gentle On My Mind

  • 2 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
  • 3 dashes Owl and Whale Lemongrass Bitters
Stir in yari and strain into coupe, Garnish with olive

Bitter Elder

  • 1 oz Cardamaro Vino Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Bimini Gin
  • 2.5 oz Elderberry Kombucha
  • 0.5 dropper Acid Phosphate
  • 3 drops Coastal Root Husk Cherry Bitters
  • Lemon twist in Peychaud's
Stir and strain into coupe

Vena’s Vesper

  • 2 oz Bimini gin
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • .75 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 3 drops Crude Hummingbird bitters
Stir, strain

Bols Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Bols Genever
  • .4 oz simple syrup
  • 3 drops Vena’s Cedric
Build in lowball, garnish orange peel

Silver St Sipper

  • 1.5 oz Bimini
  • .5 oz Fernet
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .25 ginger base
  • 3 dashes Bitter Cedric, 3 dashes Jamaican ginger
Shake, strain into coupe

Tangerine Collins

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.75 oz Tait Farms Orange Shrub
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Blood Orange puree
  • 5 dashes Dram Citrus Medica bitters
Mix all in collins; ice; seltzer; stir orange peel

Meadow Cocktail

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.5 oz Royal Rose lavender syrup
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Cedric
Shake; pour; collins glass, grapefruit slice as garnish

Vena’s G&T

  • 2 oz Bimini Gin
  • 1 oz Sir Teddy’s Tonic
  • Squeeze Lime
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Cedric
  • 2 dashes Owl and Whale Lemongrass bitters
Mix all in collins glass; ice; seltzer; lime twist

Vodka Cocktails

Highbrush Sage

  • 1.5 oz Ice Pik Vodka
  • 1 oz Vena's Pine Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 5 dashes Owl and Whale WBA Cherry Bitters
  • 2 dashes Cocktail Kingdom Wormwood Bitters
Shake and dump in lowball, add Seltzer

Boothbay Square Sipper

  • 1.5 oz Ice Pik Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Crème De Violette
  • 0.375 oz Tait Raspberry Shrub
  • 0.375 oz Cardamaro Vino Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 4 dashes Vena's Charles Bitters
Spritz Garnish with lemon twist, Shake and strain into coupe

Silk Road

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • .25 oz Black pepper vodka
  • .5 oz saffron syrup
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • 4 drops Curry bitters
Shake, strain into coupe, float 5 drops Garam Masala bitters on top garnish with lime wedge

Babushka

  • 1 oz light crème
  • 1 oz Café Lua infusion
  • .5 oz Grind Espresso
  • .5 oz Vodka
  • spritz of seltzer, 2 dashes coffee bitters, 2 dashes chocolate bitters
Build in lowball glass, ice, float creme

Vena’s Vodka Buck

  • 2 oz Ice Pick Vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz Ginger Beer
  • 4 dashes Citrus Medica
Build in copper mug, fill w/ice, lime wedge and ginger slice

Summer’s Last Fling

  • 1.5 oz Ice Pick Vodka
  • .25 oz Crème de violette
  • .375 oz Tait Raspberry shrub
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .375 oz Cardamaro
  • 4 dash Vena's Bitters Charles
Shake, strain, seltzer, lemon twist

Elderflower Vodka Collins

  • 1.5 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. Bittermilk Tom Collins Elderflower Hops mixer
  • 0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
  • 3-4 drops of Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
Combine all ingredients into highball glass. Fill with ice and spritz with seltzer.

Strawberry and Rhubarb Mojito

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star Rum
  • 0.5 oz Tait Strawberry Shrub
  • 0.5 oz Tait Rhubarb Shrub
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Wilks & Wilson Millicent's Lime Mint Simple Syrup
  • 4 Mint Leaves
  • 5 shakes Vena's Pierre Bitters, 3 shakes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
Shake and dump into collins, Garnish with lime wedge

Kopi Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Kopi Rum
  • 0.5 oz Maker's Mark

Maine Maple Switchel

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star rum
  • 1 oz switchel
  • .3 oz ginger beer
  • 3 dashes CR coffee bitters, 3 dashes CR aromatic bitters
ice, seltzer, garnish with ginger

Dark and Crimson

  • 2 oz Goslings Black Rum
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Hibiscus Tonic
  • 0.5 oz passion fruit simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz Ginger beer
  • 5 dashes Coastal Root Coffee Bitters
Mix all in collins

Pineapple and strawberry mojito

  • 1 oz Plantation 3 star rum
  • 1 oz Plantation Pineapple rum
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz Tait Farms Strawberry Shrub
  • .5 oz lime mint syrup
Add all in high ball, garnish with mint and strawberry

Haymaker’s Punch

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star rum
  • 1 oz switchel
  • .3 oz ginger beer
  • 3 dashes each Coaster Root Coffee and Aromatic bitters
Build in low ball, stir, ice, 2 oz seltzer, ginger garnish

Vena’s Mai Tai

  • 1 oz Plantation 3 star rum
  • 1 oz Gosling Black Seal rum
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz dry curacao
  • .25 oz simple syrup
  • .25 oz orgeat
  • 5 dashes Vena's Bitter Pierre
  • 3 dashes Vena's Bitter Armando
Bada Bing cherry; lime, ½ orange

Matador #2

  • 2 oz Reposado
  • 1 oz Dry Curacao

  • 1.25 oz Mezcal
  • 1 oz Drambuie
  • .5 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chili liqueur

  • 3 dashes Vena’s Tyrone, 2 dashes Regan’s orange
Build in lowball glass, top with Sfumato ice, garnish with lemon peel

Spaghetti Western

  • 1.5 oz Mescal
  • .75 oz Campari
  • .75 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz Pamplemousse
  • .25 ginger base
  • 5 shakes Vena’s Tyrone
Shake, pour all contents into lowball, ice, spritz, garnish of lime wedge

Tequila Martini

  • 1.5 oz reposado
  • .75 oz dry vermouth
  • .25 oz lemon juice
  • 4 drops Vena’s Tyrone
Shake, strain into coupe with lemon twist

Smoked Agave

  • .75 oz mescal
  • .75 oz Reposado
  • squirt of lime juice
  • 1.25 oz Vena’s smoky hopped syrup
  • 5 shakes Tyrone, 3 shakes Fire & Damnation bitters
Build in lowball glass, ice, garnish with orange

Dirty Moxie

  • 2 oz Reposado tequila
  • 1 oz lime
  • 2 dashes Coastal Root Aromatic bitters

Combine in high ball, ice, fill with Moxie, stir, lime wedge

  • 2 oz 1800 Silver Tequila

  • 1.75 oz Bols Genever
  • 0.25 oz Luxardo Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz BG Reynolds Orgeat

  • 2 dashes Owl and Whale Aromatic
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, Garnish with lemon twist

  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Suze

  • 0.25 oz Vena's Chocolate Simple Syrup

  • .75 oz Makers Mark

Shake, strain into coupe, lemon twist

  • 2 oz Fifty Stone Whiskey
  • .75 oz Vena’s honey crème syrup
  • .5 oz ginger base
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 3 drops Anise bitters, 1 drop Vena’s Armando
Shake, pour all contents into lowball glass, stir well, seltzer, top with .25 oz Glenfiddich, garnish with ginger

Coal Miner’s Daughter

  • 1.5 oz Makers Mark
  • .2 oz ginger base
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .75 oz Vena’s honey crème syrup
  • 3 drops Vena’s Axel
ice, spritz of seltzer garnish with slapped lavender leaf or lemon wedge

Cider Smash

  • 1.5 oz Gunpowder Rye
  • 1 oz apple cider reduced
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3 drops Vena’s Axel
Shake, pour all contents into lowball glass, ice, seltzer, orange peel garnish

Grandma’s Bourbon

  • 2 oz Makers Mark
  • 0.75 oz Campari
  • 0.5 oz Averna
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Tait Farms Raspberry Shrub
  • 3 dahses Vena's Bitter Armando
Mix in low ball; ice, orange peel

Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Stroudwater Rye
  • .45 oz simple syrup
  • 3-4 dashes Dashfire Old Fashioned bitters
  • 1 dash Sage Wild Mt. bitters
Stir; strain; low ball; Ice ball, orange and lemon peel

Portland’s Manhattan

  • 2 oz Stroudwater Bourbon
  • 1 oz Carpano Antica
  • 3-4 dashes Owl and Whale Persimmon bitters
  • 3 dashes Coastal Root Aromatic bitters
Stir; strain; coupe; cherry garnish

Sazerac

  • 2.5 oz. Rye
  • 2 Vena's Aromatic Sugar cubes
  • 2 dashes Coastal Root Aromatic bitters
  • Splash of Absinthe
Muddle sugar cubes and bitters in a mixing glass. Add Rye and ice to glass, stirring constantly until outside of glass is cold to the touch. Rinse inside of lowball glass with splash of Absinthe. Strain into lowball glass. Serve with lemon twist.
