Gin Cocktails

Meadow Cocktail

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.5 oz Royal Rose lavender syrup
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Cedric
Shake; pour; collins glass, grapefruit slice as garnish

Pimm’s Cup

  • 1.5 oz Pimms no.1
  • 0.5 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syurp
  • 0.2 oz ginger base
  • 2 dashes El Guapo Cucumber bitters
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Cedric
Shaker: muddle 1 cucumber, add ingr., ice, shake, strain, high ball glass. 1 oz seltzer, lemon wheel, mint sprig

Negroni

  • 1 oz Bimini Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
  • 4 dashes Burlesque bitters
Build in low ball, add ice, stir, orange peel

Vena’s Bees Knees

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.5 oz Tait Farms Lemon shrub
  • 0.5 oz honey crème syrup
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Cedric
  • 2 dashes Lavender Lemon Balm bitters
Shake; strain; coupe; lemon twist

Gimme a beet

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • .75 oz Tait Farms Beet shrub
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Cedric
  • 2 dashes Bolivar bitters
Shake, strain, couple, seltzer, lemon twist

Lumbersexual

  • 1.5 oz. gin
  • 0.5 oz. DRAM pine syrup
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Wilks & Wilson Sir Teddy’s Tonic
  • 3 dashes Cocktail Kingdom Wormwood bitters
  • 3 dashes San Francisco Bitters Co. Alpine Herb bitters
  • 2 dashes Owl & Whale Persimmon bitters
Combine all ingredients in lowball glass with ice. Stir and garnish with lemon wedge and rosemary sprig.

Vodka Cocktails

Vena’s Vodka Buck

  • 2 oz Ice Pick Vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz Ginger Beer
  • 4 dashes Citrus Medica
Build in copper mug, fill w/ice, lime wedge and ginger slice

Elderflower Vodka Collins

  • 1.5 oz. vodka test
  • 1 oz. Bittermilk Tom Collins Elderflower Hops mixer
  • 0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
  • 3-4 drops of Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
Combine all ingredients into highball glass. Fill with ice and spritz with seltzer.

Rum Cocktails

Haymaker’s Punch

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star rum
  • 1 oz switchel
  • .3 oz ginger beer
  • 3 dashes each Coaster Root Coffee and Aromatic bitters
Build in low ball, stir, ice, 2 oz seltzer, ginger garnish

Vena’s Mai Tai

  • 1 oz Plantation 3 star rum
  • 1 oz Gosling Black Seal rum
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz dry curacao
  • .25 oz simple syrup
  • .25 oz orgeat
  • 5 dashes Vena's Bitter Pierre
  • 3 dashes Vena's Bitter Armando
Bada Bing cherry; lime, ½ orange

Tequila Cocktails

Dirty Moxie

  • 2 oz Reposado tequila
  • 1 oz lime
  • 2 dashes Coastal Root Aromatic bitters
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Tyron
Combine in high ball, ice, fill with Moxie, stir, lime wedge

Endless Summer

  • 2 oz 1800 Silver Tequila
  • .5 oz Pamplemousse
  • .5 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • .25 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitters Armando
  • 3 dashes Vena's Bitters Tyrone
Shake, strain, coupe, lime twist

Oddfellows Cocktails

Hemingway’s Muse

  • 1.5 oz Absynthe
  • .4 oz simple syrup
  • 3 mint leaves
Shake; strain; coupe, 1-2 ice cubes

Bjork

  • 1.5 oz Brennivin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Ginger Beer
  • 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Cedric
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Charles
Shake, pour in low ball, lemon twist

The Munroe

  • Muddled rosemary
  • 1.5 oz Pisco
  • .75 pear puree
  • .25 Tait Farm Pear Shrub
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz seltzer
  • 4 dashes pear bitter
  • 1 dash Vena's Bitter Pierre
1 angelica high ball, ice, rosemary sprig, 2 lime wheels

Whiskey Cocktails

Grandma’s Bourbon

  • 2 oz Makers Mark
  • 0.75 oz Campari
  • 0.5 oz Averna
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Tait Farms Raspberry Shrub
  • 3 dahses Vena's Bitter Armando
Mix in low ball; ice, orange peel

Sazerac

  • 2.5 oz. Rye
  • 2 Vena's Aromatic Sugar cubes
  • 2 dashes Coastal Root Aromatic bitters
  • Splash of Absinthe
Muddle sugar cubes and bitters in a mixing glass. Add Rye and ice to glass, stirring constantly until outside of glass is cold to the touch. Rinse inside of lowball glass with splash of Absinthe. Strain into lowball glass. Serve with lemon twist.
