  • .75 oz Wilks & Wilson Sir Teddy’s Tonic syrup
  • .25 oz Strong Hibiscus tonic
  • squeeze of lime juice
  • 3 drops Meadow & 2 drops Owl & Whale Lemongrass bitters
  • 3.5 oz seltzer. Fill with ice. Lime wedge

Seaworthy

  • 1 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Vena's Charred Seaweed Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Aperol
  • 7 dashes Coastal Root Umami Bitters, Float Coastal Root Umami Bitters and Owl and whale Sea Smoke Bitters
Shake and strain into a coupe

Just Beet It

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.5 oz Campari
  • 0.75 oz Tait Beet Shrub
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Vena's Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Vena's Cedric Bitters
  • 2 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
Shake and dump into collins glass, setlzer, garnish with lime wedge

Gentle On My Mind

  • 2 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
  • 3 dashes Owl and Whale Lemongrass Bitters
Stir in yari and strain into coupe, Garnish with olive

Bitter Elder

  • 1 oz Cardamaro Vino Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Bimini Gin
  • 2.5 oz Elderberry Kombucha
  • 0.5 dropper Acid Phosphate
  • 3 drops Coastal Root Husk Cherry Bitters
  • Lemon twist in Peychaud's
Stir and strain into coupe

Vena’s Vesper

  • 2 oz Bimini gin
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • .75 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 3 drops Crude Hummingbird bitters
Stir, strain

Bols Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Bols Genever
  • .4 oz simple syrup
  • 3 drops Vena’s Cedric
Build in lowball, garnish orange peel

Silver St Sipper

  • 1.5 oz Bimini
  • .5 oz Fernet
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .25 ginger base
  • 3 dashes Bitter Cedric, 3 dashes Jamaican ginger
Shake, strain into coupe

Tangerine Collins

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.75 oz Tait Farms Orange Shrub
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Stirrings Blood Orange
  • 5 dashes Dram Citrus Medica bitters
Mix all in collins; ice; seltzer; stir orange peel

Meadow Cocktail

  • 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
  • 0.5 oz Royal Rose lavender syrup
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Vena's Bitter Cedric
Shake; pour; collins glass, grapefruit slice as garnish

Rocky Coast Bloody Mary

  • Build in Collins glass
  • .2 oz Vena's bloody mary infusion
  • 3 oz Ass Over Tea Kettle bloody mary mix
  • 3 dashes BDBC bloody mary bitters 3 dashes BDBC fire & damnation bitters
  • garnish with an olive, lemon & lime wedges

Pink Slip

  • 2 oz Vena's grapefruit blush infusion
  • .5 oz Campari
  • .5 oz Aperol
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 6 dashes Vena’s Grove Bitters
Shake & strain into coupe. Spritz of seltzer. Lemon twist garnish

Cran Cherry Sour

  • 2 oz Vena's cran cherry infusion
  • 1 oz cherry juice
  • 1 oz lemon
  • 3 dashes Vena’s Grove Bitters
  • Build in collins glass, 1.5 oz seltzer, lemon wedge

Boothby Square Sipper

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • .25 oz Crème de Violette
  • .375 oz Tait raspberry shrub
  • .375 oz Cardamaro

Highbrush Sage

  • 1.5 oz Ice Pik Vodka
  • 1 oz Vena's Pine Syrup

  • 5 dashes Owl and Whale WBA Cherry Bitters

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star Rum

  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 0.5 oz Vena's Honey Crème Syrup
  • 3 dashes Bitter Housewife Cardamom Bitters

Maine Maple Switchel

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star rum
  • 1 oz switchel
  • .3 oz ginger beer
  • 3 dashes CR coffee bitters, 3 dashes CR aromatic bitters
ice, seltzer, garnish with ginger

Dark and Crimson

  • 2 oz Goslings Black Rum
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Hibiscus Tonic
  • 0.5 oz passion fruit simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz Ginger beer
  • 5 dashes Vena's Coffee Bitters
Mix all in collins

Pineapple and strawberry mojito

  • 1 oz Plantation 3 star rum

  • 2-3 mint leaves

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star rum
  • 1 oz switchel

  • 3 dashes each Coaster Root Coffee and Aromatic bitters
Build in low ball, stir, ice, 2 oz seltzer, ginger garnish

Vena’s Mai Tai

  • 1 oz Plantation 3 star rum
  • 1 oz Gosling Black Seal rum
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz dry curacao
  • .25 oz simple syrup
  • .25 oz orgeat
  • 5 dashes Vena's Bitter Pierre
  • 3 dashes Vena's Bitter Armando

Cider Smash

  • 1.5 oz Gunpowder Rye
  • 1 oz apple cider reduced
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3 drops Vena’s Axel
Shake, pour all contents into lowball glass, ice, seltzer, orange peel garnish

Grandma’s Bourbon

  • 2 oz Makers Mark
  • 0.5 oz Campari
  • 0.5 oz Averna
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Tait Farms Raspberry Shrub
  • 3 dashes Vena's Smoke Bitter
