Gin Infusions

Sea Rose

  • 1.5 oz. Vena's Sea Rose infused gin
  • 0.5 oz. Vena's Floral Simple Syrup
  • 0.25 oz. lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. Jack Rudy tonic syrup
  • 3-4 oz. seltzer
  • 2 dashes Vena’s Bitter Cedric
Combine all ingredients into a lowball glass with ice, top with seltzer and stir to mix, garnish with a lime wedge and a rose petal.

Vodka Infusions

Cafe Lua

  • 1.5 oz. Vena's Cafe Lua infused vodka
  • .25 oz. Vena's Spiced Chocolate Simple Syrup
  • .25 oz. espresso liqueur
  • 4 drops Scrappy's Chocolate bitters
  • 4 drops Coastal Root Coffee bitters
Combine all ingredients except coffee bitters in a shaker with ice, shake well, then strain into low ball or small high ball glass. Add 2 oz of seltzer. Stir. Float 4 drops Coastal Root Coffee bitters on top of drink to finish, do not stir in.

Rum Infusions

Shipwreck

  • 1.5 oz. Vena's Shipwreck infused rum
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. Vena's Island Spice Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz. Liber & Co. Passionfruit Simple Syrup
  • 4 drops Coastal Root Coffee Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour with ice into a lowball glass, garnish with a lime wheel.

Tequila Infusions

Strawberry Jalapeno Margarita

  • 2 oz of Vena’s Strawberry Jalapeno Margarita infused tequila
  • 0.75 oz. lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. Vena's Three Pepper Simple Syrup
  • 3 drops Vena's Bitter Tyrone bitters
  • 1 drop Bitter Tear Scarlet Strawberry Chili bitters
  • 1 dash ghost pepper extract (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour with ice into a lowball glass, garnish with lime and salt.

Maine Margarita

  • 2 oz Vena’s Maine Margarita
  • .5 oz Dry Curacao
  • .5 oz Dram Pine syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 4 shakes Sweetgrass Farm’s Blueberry Bitters
  • 5 shakes Vena’s Bitter Tyrone
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour with ice into a lowball glass, garnish with lime.
