Infusion Method With Spirits

  • Method One: Add suggested alcohol to your jar and let it steep for 2-3 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain and enjoy! Drink within one year.
  • Method Two: Pour suggested alcohol into a pot on the stove and heat until hot DO NOT BOIL. Carefully pour hot spirit into the jar over infusion ingredients. Put the lid on tightly, give a good shake, let cool (usually about 30 minutes), strain and serve over ice, make a mixed drink, or simply add a splash of seltzer! Drink within one year.

Infusion Method Without Spirits

  • Method One: Add boiling water to your jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain and serve over ice, make a mixed drink, or simply add a splash of seltzer!  Store in the refrigerator and drink within five days.

Recipes

Matcha Grasshopper

  • Fill jar to top with Vodka or Rum
  • Steep for 6-24 hours, Shake occasionally until sugar is dissolved
  • Strain
  • Pour 2-3 oz over ice in glass
  • Add 1-2 oz cream or non dairy beverage of choice, a splash of seltzer, stir and voila!
  • Enjoy!
