Infusion Method With Spirits
- Method One: Add suggested alcohol to your jar and let it steep for 2-3 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain and enjoy! Drink within one year.
- Method Two: Pour suggested alcohol into a pot on the stove and heat until hot DO NOT BOIL. Carefully pour hot spirit into the jar over infusion ingredients. Put the lid on tightly, give a good shake, let cool (usually about 30 minutes), strain and serve over ice, make a mixed drink, or simply add a splash of seltzer! Drink within one year.
Infusion Method Without Spirits
- Method One: Add boiling water to your jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain and serve over ice, make a mixed drink, or simply add a splash of seltzer! Store in the refrigerator and drink within five days.

Matcha Grasshopper

Fill jar to top with Vodka or Rum

Steep for 6-24 hours, Shake occasionally until sugar is dissolved

Pour 2-3 oz over ice in glass

Add 1-2 oz cream or non dairy beverage of choice, a splash of seltzer, stir and voila!
